I Love It When A Plan Comes Together

That was Col. John 'Hannibal' Smith's famous line in the 80's TV series 'The A-Team', also recently resurrected as a Hollywood movie.

But I love it when not just any plan comes together, but when God's plan comes together. As we edge closer and closer to October 16th and our Campus Launch in Milton, I am encouraged at every turn by evidence that God is leading and providing.  This past weekend as Eric Metcalf shared about the power of apprenticeship with all of our teams at PORTICO, there was a keen sense that our volunteers and leaders were catching the vision!

Over the weekend, many of you signed up to serve in various roles at our new campus and to all of you, I say a huge 'thank you'. I know there are still others who will step to the forefront in the days to come and I'm excited about all that God has in store for us ahead.

We are still in need of willing individuals to help as:

• ushers
• greeters
• vocalists for worship
• musicians
• children's ministry workers
• connectors
• Community Life Group leaders or hosts
• prayer team members
• set up/tear down people
• tech operators (audio, lighting, graphics)
